  Prodec Grooved Acoustic Panels is a kind of slit resonance absorption material board

  which is made from high density panel with grooves on the surface and perforated holes at the back side.

  It has strong selection on the sound spectrum and particular great performance on the middle and low frequency.

  It
  has better sound absorption effect on medium and high frequency if
  there is sound absorption cotton filled at the back side cavity.

  A. 15mm thickness acoustic panel

  B. Fill 50mm thickness 32kg/m3 acoustic cotton at the back

  C. 50mm Back Space

  

   

• Installation Method

  

  This
  installation system components including Omega profile, Middle Clips
  and Edge Clips, apply to Prodec Grooved Acoustic Panels.

  1. Mount wood battens or light steel keels on the wall according to the design.

  2. Install fiberglass/rock wool between the battens/keels.

  3. According to the work drawing, install Omega™ profile on wood batten and put middle/edge clips on profile.

  4. Fix Prodec Grooved Acoustic Panels one by one, and press clips and panel strength.
